Tristan Woolfenden

Director |

In 2014 Tristan set out on his quest to establish a family run estate agents that offered a uniquely different approach to the traditional High Street estate agent. Having worked for a private estate for eight years previously managing a portfolio of over 400 properties, Branocs Estates were born and entered the market in April 2014. Today Tristan is responsible for overseeing all business operations and is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Tristan currently lives in Great Notley and specialises in both the sale and letting of properties in the Great Notley and CM77 location. In his spare time, Tristan enjoys all sports, and often travels the country supporting his beloved Ipswich Town!

Gavin Woolfenden

Director |

Gavin has extensive experience within the property industry and previously worked for another High Street estate agent, prior to teaming up with his older brother in 2015! Gavin builds relationships with our landlord and vendor clients and maintains a level of personal service unrivalled by other agents. In 2017 Gavin became a director of the business, and when he isn't nagging his elder brother, Gavin enjoys holidays abroad and is a strong Arsenal supporter!

Marshall Lanham

Marshall joined Branocs Estates in 2015 having previously completed his apprenticeship with another reputable High Street estate agent. Marshall assists with all aspects of the buying and selling process and is often seen hosting viewing appointments and is also the professional photographer of the team! Marshall lives within the village of Bocking and attended Alec Hunter Secondary School, giving him a strong knowledge of the local area. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, watching movies, eating out, and is a keen fan of Chelsea Football Club and the New York Giants.

Ashley Wilkinson-Jennings

Ashley joined the business in 2017 and has been working within the financial sector for the last 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with regards to personal finance and home buying! This development is thanks to our increasingly close partnership with Gateway Mortgages, a local mortgage broker who provides a variety of services from both residential and non-residential mortgages, to life insurance and business protection. Estate planning and also buildings and contents insurance.

Michelle Phillips

Sales Progressor |

Michelle is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our existing sales, liaising with our buyers and sellers to keep everyone in the transaction fully up to speed with the progress of their sale or purchase. Michelle keeps in regular contact with your chosen solicitor to ensure that your sale or purchase runs as smoothly as possible, right the way through to completion. Living locally herself, Michelle has an excellent knowledge of Braintree and the surrounding villages, and when she isn't chasing sales she is often on the phone arranging viewings on our lovely properties for both sale and rental.

Oliver Dome

Lettings Administrator |

Oliver joined the team in 2018 as a Lettings Administrator, and oversees many of the behind the scenes aspects of daily rental management. His friendly nature and helpful manner have seen Oliver build great relationships with both landlords and tenants alike, and is a valuable member of the team
