Our Charter

Let’s make one thing clear... we’re not just any old Estate Agent, and we’re certainly not like “the rest”.

 

We come from a family background and have bought and sold numerous properties over the years, and have first hand experience of the things that can go wrong when buying, selling, or renting your home.  We understand that your home is also your castle and is more than likely going to be your biggest financial asset.  We don’t practice as ‘stereotypical’ estate agents; talking at people and hard selling – we listen to our clients. Every client is different, has their own needs and timescales and we are dedicated to putting these first.

 

We aren’t one for making 101 different promises about how quickly we will sell or rent your home and how we’ve got thousands of buyers lined up looking for property like yours.  When an Estate Agent says this, most of the time it is just empty words in order to win your instruction.

 

So, as we pride ourselves on our honesty and transparency, we thought it would be a better idea to make a Customer Charter for all to see.  A list of things we pledge that we will, and certainly won’t do when it comes to dealing with our clients affairs!

 

We, Branocs Estates, your local Family run property experts, hereby pledge that we WILL:

  1. Take detailed particulars for your home, and will take the highest quality of photography for your home using professional standard photography equipment to capture every corner of your home, and present it in the best light possible to prospective buyers.
  2. Undertake all of the viewings of your home, to ensure that we’re there to answer any difficult questions and in some cases, to negotiate with the buyer or tenant on-site.
  3. Be available 7 days a week via telephone whenever you have a query or concern that you wish to raise with us, and if we’re not able to take your call at the time, we will respond within the hour as soon as we receive your message.
  4. Be honest, transparent, and professional throughout our entire dealings with you.
  5. Put our heart and soul into achieving your sale and letting within your required timescale.
  6. Respond to all online and email enquiries within 60 minutes.
  7. Treat all clients with respect and act in a polite and welcoming manner at all times.  Good manners don’t cost us anything!

 

We, Branocs Estates, your local Family run property experts, hereby pledge that we WILL NOT:

  1. Make false or misleading promises to our clients in order to secure business, and will only provide accurate facts that we can backup with detailed marketing reports.
  2. Hide or mislead our clients with our fees.  Our fees are 100% transparent and are available to view on our website. We will also never charge our clients an upfront fee.
  3. Fail to carry out an agreed service.  If we say we’re going to do something, we do it!
  4. Pressure you by forcing you to sit down with our own mortgage advisor before being able to make a formal offer for a property.
  5. Pass your details on to third parties without your prior knowledge or consent.
