Established in 2014 by Tristan Woolfenden, Branocs Estates has earned a reputation amongst the local community as being one of the most trustworthy family run Estate Agents in the area, offering honest, professional, and reliable property services to clients throughout Braintree and the surrounding area.


Branocs Estates are committed to selling, letting and managing residential property seven days a week and are also available for appointments on Sundays and all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. As part of our commitment to offer our clients the ultimate level of personal service, we ensure that our clients are given their appointed agent’s mobile phone number so that we are contactable at any time, to answer the needs of our client.


We are not “just another estate agent.  We understand that your home is your castle and is more than likely your biggest financial asset. We don’t practice as ‘stereotypical’ estate agents; fueling clients with false promises and hard selling – we listen to our clients and tailor our services to suit our clients individual needs. Every client is different, has their own requirements and timescales and we are dedicated to putting these first.


Our staff are vastly experienced and between us we have over 40 years of first hand experience of the local property market, with all of our staff having either been born in, or currently living within the Braintree area, meaning that we have witnessed first hand the expansion of the town in recent years and the impact that this has had on the local property market.


At Branocs Estates we have bought and sold property for a number of years, as well as having developed our own rental portfolio, yet we have never felt completely satisfied by the levels of service on offer from other agents.  We therefore took the decision to stop searching for the ultimate in Estate Agency services, and decided to provide it ourselves!  Having our own portfolio of property lets us see things differently and helps us to understand the level of service that our clients should expect to receive from an estate agent.  We believe in a PERSONAL, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST and QUALITY service, whilst also offering a clear, simple and affordable pricing structure no matter how big or small your property may be.


Unlike the large national chains we at Branocs Estates are able to get to know and treat each client on an individual basis and will tailor our terms and marketing strategy to suit your own particular needs, circumstances and budget. We are also able to recommend tried and trusted Mortgage Advisors and Solicitors within the local area, to offer you the complete home moving experience.

Where are we based…

Our head office is located at 106 High Street, Braintree, immediately opposite the Sandpit Lane entrance to George Yard Shopping Centre, which means that we are centrally positioned within the town to offer our services throughout the Braintree district.


Our warm and inviting office is easily accessible with a number of parking options located right next door to us, and our stunning bay window is used to full effect with LED window display panels that can be seen right across the square.

Being situated within Braintree means that we are uniquely positioned to offer our services throughout Braintree, Great Notley, and the surrounding area, with fast access to the A120 and town centre, as well as surrounding villages including Great Leighs, Rayne, Black Notley and Terling.
