Established in February 2014, Branocs Estates have actually been managing the affairs of private clients for a number of years before we decided to enter the market place.
Our director, Tristan Woolfenden, acquired his first property at the tender age of 18 (!!) and has continued to add to his own portfolio, whilst managing the affairs of other local landlords for the best part of 10 years. He is qualified in the Sale & Letting of Residential Property to level 3 standards with the National Federation of Property Professionals, and has over 9 years experience managing a portfolio of over 400 properties at a central Essex estate, involving both Sales and Lettings as well as day to day property management.
Our name (Branocs) originates from the Saxon name for Braintree, which is the birthplace of our family business. Our family ties to Braintree stem back for over 60 years, when Tristan’s grandfather first opened a grocery store within the town at Railway Street. His grandparents lived on what is today popularly known as the Fairview Development off of Coggeshall Road, and Tristan’s parents bought their first property within the village of Coggeshall in the 1980’s, as well as purchasing rental investments within the town of Braintree.
The property gene has certainly been passed on to Tristan who was raised in the village of Great Notley, attended The Notley High School and Braintree College, and has since gone on to acquire his own rental properties within Great Notley village and Braintree.
We feel that our proud heritage gives us a unique knowledge of the local area and property market, and we strive to continue spreading our excellent reputation within the local community.
