Our aim at Branocs Estates is to make the Sale process simple, whilst still offering the very best service there is on the market.  That’s why we only offer a no sale, no fee service, whilst still offering your property the maximum exposure to prospective buyers using all available advertising methods.  At 0.75% of the sale price, our sale fee is the most competitive fee in the local area fixed at this rate no matter how big or small your property may be, without compromising on service.  We accompany all viewings, handle all of the negotiations between buyer and seller, and ensure a smooth handover to a solicitor of your choosing to handle the conveyancing issues.  We also work closely with your chosen conveyancer to ensure that your transaction goes through smoothly with as little hassle as possible (if any at all!) as we know from experience how stressful a property sale or purchase can be.


We are registered members of The Property Ombudsman Service meaning that we abide by their strict code of conduct and are fully conversant in all relevant laws and procedures to ensure optimum professionalism at all times.




Branocs Estates are an ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Licensed member, meaning that our staff are qualified in the letting and management of residential property and undergo continuous annual training to stay up to date with current legislation and practice.  Furthermore, we adhere to strict codes of conduct set by our regulatory board, and we hold fully up to date Client Protection Insurance to ensure that your affairs are well protected and in safe hands.  Our aim is to supply top quality and safe homes to top quality tenants.  We ensure that we undertake all necessary ownership checks on our rental properties before we advertise them to the rental market, and likewise we undergo a thorough referencing process on all of our tenants before we grant a residential tenancy agreement.
