Behind the scenes your conveyancer will be working with buyers solicitor dealing with any enquiries and legal matters in order to progress the sale.
Once all surveys have been carried our conveyancing work has been completed and mortgage offer issued, your solicitor will issue you with a contract of sale which you will be required to sign and return.
